- You retain ownership of the videos, images and other content you upload.
- Uploading content does not transfer ownership to FindScene.tech.
No Training on Customer Data
- Customer videos, images, prompts and results are not used to train our AI models.
- No default opt-in for AI training — only via a separate explicit opt-in program.
No Sale of Customer Data
- We do not sell your videos, images, prompts or analysis results.
- Customer content is never used for advertising or marketing profiling.
Processing Only for the Requested Service
- Content is processed only as necessary to perform the requested functionality:
- VLM inference, semantic search, statistics, segmentation, bounding boxes, labeling and other user-requested AI analysis.
User-Controlled Deletion
- Delete uploaded videos, images, datasets and generated analyses from your account.
- Deletion follows the platform's applicable deletion and backup-retention procedures.

Uploaded content is stored only as necessary to provide the FindScene.tech service and according to the applicable account, subscription and retention settings.
Users can remove content through their account at any time. When content is deleted, it is removed according to the platform's applicable deletion and backup-retention procedures.
